I wanted to convey the good service I recently received at the American Family Insurance Dominic Scott Agency. I used to have insurance with an online insurer. Recently me and my husband bought a home and were referred to Dominic Scott from our realtor. I compared the American Family rates that Dominic Scott gave us with 4 other companies. We got the best rate with American Family and Dominic helped us to even get better coverage than the other companies offered. We met with Dominic in person and he thoroughly explained all the coverage's in our Home and Auto insurance policies. As a first time homebuyer my husband and I had many questions but, Dominic was very patient with us and really helped us out. I'm really happy with the value our family has received for our insurance dollars.

After the recent Auto insurance claim I had to file I feel compelled to take a few minutes to share my great experience I had with the Dominic Scott Agency of American Family Insurance. For many years I've paid for insurance but never had to file a claim. I almost felt like insurance was a waste of money. I certainly feel differently now! Recently I was involved in an auto accident and my car was damaged pretty bad. This was a very traumatic event for me since it was my first accident. Quickly I called Dominic and he helped me through the process. Dominic kept in contact with me through the entire claims process and made sure that I got my car back all in one piece. I pay good money for insurance but really appreciate the value that I recieve from my agent Dominic Scott and feel like American Family is a great insurance company to be insured with!

this agent is inexperienced, never smiles, "fudges" about your premium to fatten his pockets, god forbid ever trying to cancel your policy. He conveniently "lost" my request and then made me jump through hoops just to get MY money back. I work in the insurance industry too, and when I asked him a question about my policy (to which I knew the answer), he stared at me with a blank look. He couldn't even explain it. And then he quickly pulled an answer out of the sky which turned out to be incorrect!I went in for an appointment, and he didn't know I was waiting. I overheard him making fun of his hispanic customers who couldn't speak english. He obviously felt like their money wasn't as good.I would stay away from this "pop up" franchise! He has No Clue what he's doing. Whatsoever.Take your business elsewhere, where they'll appreciate your money.
