I really wanted to like this shop and give them my business as they are in the neighborhood. I took my bike in a week ago for a complete tune up, new tires, chain, brakes.....the works. A $235+ estimate, no problem. I was promised the bike would be ready today. I walked to the shop, over a mile and a half, with my bike helmet, ready to ride home. I was told it was not ready and given a lame excuse about days when employees take care of repairs/tune-ups. Bottom line, I'm done with this shop. I fear that a shop like this may close it's doors and leaving your bike with them would result in problems you do not want to experience.
