We have taken all of our Scottie dogs to Rose City for close to twenty years and have received the best care and lab work in town. The recently renovated clinic is a wonderful, well it replacement for the old building and we just love the web cams in the boarding suites. Great people, great facility, great experiences!

Sure, they are friendly, but that only goes so far. All they had to say was cat's don't get colds. Then I would have asked what WAS wrong with him and I would be treating him right now. Instead the probably expect me to come back in for our third visit in a week. My first visit they didn't notice the ringworm. I told them it was his first visit to a vet and that he was probably a stray. Wouldn't you check for ringworm if you were a vet? So after my wife tells me that the strange patch on his skin is a fungal infection a few days after I had been to the vet, I take him in again. both times I mentioned cold symptoms that my cat was displaying. Nothing. Not a word. Turns out cat's don't get colds. Instead they get UPPER RESPIRATORY INFECTIONS. Guess what. THEY CAN BE FATAL. Sounds like IMPORTANT INFORMATION. Why didn't they tell me that right there? To get me to come in again and spend another $42 bucks just to come in the door. Great, put my cat's health at risk for a few bucks. Either t

I highly recommend Rose City Veterinary Hospital. They are always friendly, and the doctors and assistants are all caring and understanding. I have seen the staff help people who have had to say goodbye to their beloved pet. I was just there with my border collie who collected ticks on a hike on Dog Mountain over the weekend. Every situation is handled with compassion, understandingand when appropriate a sense of humor.
