If they didn't produce such great work boots I'd never shop here. The customer service is horrible from store level up to corporate.

Just bought my first pair of red wing boots. And I must say , Rick was the best very knowledgeable and very attentive to my needs, He helped me decide which boot was right for my needs and comfort. Thank you Rick I'm a life time customer!!
