Don't ever use this company. They promised to get my roof in shape for my home sale and sent what I realize now was a vaguely worded contract. It was for a substantial amount of money. Two guys showed up and spent a total of twenty minutes on my roof. The roof did not pass inspection. They send a super nice guy out to do the estimate, and then they send guys out to do the work with no instructions or knowledge. When you try to ask them what's going on you get nastiness and defensiveness. Talked with the owner several times, and he talks a good game but never delivers. I actually had to hire a contractor on a Sunday the day before final home inspection to fix something so basic I can't believe they hadn't done it. A simple vent replacement, took him half an hour. Why didn't these guys just do it? I paid for it. Worst experience with home repair I have ever had. Our realtor (who recommended them) was appalled. This business has clearly gone downhill. I got three estimates BTW and these guys were not the cheapest, but I thought they had a good reputation. If this reveiw can spare anyone else the misery I went through, then it's been worth my time to write it.
