Prima was fully staffed with an amazing team a month before opening their doors.  Prima is a full service salon that even offers the coveted airbrush tan.  With 23 chandeliers and beautiful local art on the walls, Prima is a sight to see. I was in Portland for my son's wedding. I was needing a shampoo and style prior to the service. I took a chance on Annabelle! She completely understood the look I wanted and needed on such an important day. So glad I found such a capable and talented stylist. She is now my Portland-go-to stylist. She's intuitive, delightful and I was able to trust her completely with the end result. See Annabelle if you're from out of town. She makes you feel right at home.
