I would never recommend to anyone, even my biggest competitor. I am opening a new store and thought it would be great to work with a local supplier on my packaging. It tooks three weeks to find out that they cannot help me. I won't even go into detail about the level of discomfort I experienced with this company. Not once did the woman I was working with, the owner's daughter, own up to her own mistakes. So, now I am two weeks from my grand opening and have no packaging. I am insulted, belittled, and outraged that a company like this is still in business, especially in an incredible city like Portland. Of course everyone wants to believe their daughter is perfect, but you can't run a business like that.
