I sold my house in just one day and needed to move ASAP! I had all of this stuff and no time to deal with it all. I didn’t know where to begin. Peerless Estate Sales came to my rescue. I was amazed at Mr. Newton and his staff. They were able to turn that stuff into a spectacular sales event. Impeccable is the one word to describe their amazing work. Items sold, my house was left spotless and clean. The only thing I had to do was to pack my personal belongings and hand my key to my real estate agent. Wow! When I die I pray that my relatives use Peerless Estate Sales again. They really live up to their name. Thank you Gary and staff.

At a time when a family is in emotional trauma, having a person like Gary Newton manage the estate of our loved one was like having the Cavalry ride in and save the day. They handled absolutely everything impeccably. They were swift, thorough and professional and ours was a difficult sale to manage. He and his staff did an unbelievable job with every aspect of the sale, from the initial contract right down to cleaning the residence completely after the sale. The price was very reasonable for all that was done for us and there is simply no other company to work with...PERIOD. I strongly recommend Peerless estate Sales. Don't even bother with calling anyone else. They simply can't compete.

After going to estate sales, talking to different providers and it became very clear that Peerless was the most professional and caring of all others I experienced. I knew from my first encounter with Gary I was making the right decision. What an incredible job they did, the house looked like a store when I did the walk through the night before the sale. Out of all the differnet estate sales I attended Peerless was always the most appealing and packed full of people. Thank You so much !

Following the death of my son in Seattle, I selected Gary over his competitors to handle the estate sale. I'm so glad that I did. I had total confidence in him to do a first class job, and he did just that. Gary did everything he said he would do. I left everything in his hands and he and his team handled things beautifully, taking care of every detail to ensure that we had a successful sale. And, when Gary and his team were through, the place was left in excellent condition ready to be placed on the market. Company was professional, touring our home before we committed. We could leave everything "as is" and they came in and arranged all for the sale. Afterwards, everything was cleaned up, wiped clean, and bare. It couldn't have been easier. We received a report on things sold and a check for amount due us promptly.

I was moving and selling most of what I owned. I did not have the time, interest or expertise to sell myself so enlisted Peerless. They were wonderful to work with: very clear with their options and flexible when needed. I worked primarily with Brian, who was always polite, accessible and patient with all my questions. I took advantage of the invitation to walk through the evening before the sale, and got a convincing glimpse of their professionalism and sense of current trends and value. They transform your home into a store.The actual sale not only confirmed that but far exceeded my expectations. I learned there were 50 people waiting to get in both mornings, despite it being a modest house in a modest neighborhood. To my surprise, they sold far more than I could have hoped for, and I recently received my check far exceeding my expectations. Peerless definitely earns their money. They work hard, put in long hours and represent your home and things with dignity and professionalism.

We were downsizing and moving abroad so we needed to get rid of a lot of things when we moved out of our four bedroom house. Gary and his staff took care of everything that was left over after the movers packed what we were taking. All we had to do was cash the check! I have been telling all my friends about your great service. Thanks Gary!

No move is easy, but Gary and his staff at Peerless certainly eased the pain. I heard about Peerless when I decided to sell my Portland home and move to New England. Because of their name, I had supposed they specialized in estate liquidation. Don't be fooled...these guys do a great job with moving sales, too! Working with Gary and Brian, I was able to schedule the sale at my convenience. This allowed my realtor to stage the house with the furniture I was not moving. Their comprehensive service allowed me to essentially pack what I wanted and walk away. They sorted through items left in cupboards and closets and in the garage, priced them all, held a weekend sale after I accepted an offer on the house, disposed of items that did not sell and cleaned up afterward. My realtor told me the house was spotless and ready for move-in on the Monday following their sale.I was VERY pleased with Peerless and recommend them highly.

Horrible, horrible, horible!

We hired Peerless Estate Sales to coordinate the sale and removal of all the household possessions of a dear family member after she passed away this year. We worked with Gary, who was very professional, but also compassionate and understanding. We had a signed contract that fully explained everything that Gary had also spelled out for us. They made everything very simple for us and the sale was done in a respectful manner. We were pleased with the results and after the sale, Peerless left the house completely empty, clean and ready for the new owners to move in.

I had to dispose of my friends pricey, classey, cultured assets in Ashland....and i live in Southern Calfifornia.The other estate sales agent i found on internet displayed a red-barn office with staff in blue jeans. Then i clicked on Peerless and saw Gary in a tux! I called, and said, "My dream is that you will drive 5 hours one way with a van, load and sell this wonderful stuff for us." And they did!. Peerless is clear in how-to prepare for them & in contract language, fair in pricing, fast in packing and selling and paying. And good company while they worked. In most cases, disposing of a life of stuff is painful. These guys made it the best.
