They lost my grandma. They picked her up last night, and when we called today to set things up, they had no record of her. Very unprofessional and just contributes to an already traumatic and chaotic time.

We had an untimely death in the family. Some concerns were not addressed and the business aspect took precedence at Peake's. The presentation of our loved one was irrecognizable. The staff rushed the graveside service. For the price, I'd ask for the money back, but why dishonor the loss of our loved one. Buyer beware. Perhaps the body prep was a rush. A forgetable unprofessional experience. One staff made an effort to smooth things out, but what's done is done. I thought after dad's uncle's service it would be the same quality. I recommended Peake's to Rob's dad and wish I hadn't. Sorry, tbat's what happened, but maybe that's 1% or less.
