I wrote a different review that's only three stars but for the beds alone I give five stars ! I did forget I had two free bed upgrades and I told Taylor that a bulb was burnt out after I tanned she just said thanks but felt I should have gotten some kind of extra credit because it's supposed to be 100% satisfaction guaranteed!!!

I love the beds but sometime the girls make me feel like I don't belong. I also don't understand why they charge 4x's the amount for any lotion or product it's bad enough you have to pay such high prices for the good beds witch I love but I ask of there was a cheap inexpensive lotion and she shows me a 80$ bottle I got a discount I paid 60$ then they tell me 2days later it's a bronzer and I need a different lotion to use or I'll turn orange!! I'm not rich I just want to look good a have some alone time!!

If you guys are changing your name does this really mean you are going out of business?Customers lose the money invested in there tanning packages when this happens.
