STAY CLEAR OF THIS FLORIST!!!! This has got to be THE WORST florist in the history of florists! I placed an order to be delivered to a friend who's father passed away. I specifically stated TO BE DELIVERED, they called my friend and made her come to their shop and pick up the flowers herself! When I complained to the florist about this by email, instead of contacting me, the customer, to rectify the situation, they took the phone number off of the delivery card and called my friend and complained about me to her!!!! They keep sending these ridiculous and childish emails to me in which they insult my character and tell me that I have the problem. Keep in mind that I paid for the flowers to be delivered and they gave her 3 lousy flowers in a cheap vase and made her pick them up and then they had the nerve to actually charge me $40.00!!! These people are very sick individuals and they are talentless florists with no creativity at all. They should not be in any type of business in any way.

Placed my order, they don't have what was pictured. I have tried calling, no answer. Emailed still haven't heard. Do know if anything was delivered at all.
