NW Auto Exchange is the best on mcloughlin. No hassle. Zee and his partner Tony are great. Easy going, nice cars, easy financing.

Tony was the absolute best. Laid back, not pushy and he gave the best deals on Mcloughlin. Not like the other dealers. He and his friend Zee were great. I really like NW Auto Exchange.

I called and Adam answered. He was very nice. I went in to buy an SUV and we(my family) ended up buying Two cars. He was terrific and his coworkers were very helpful. I noticed an issue with the brakes during the test drive. Instead of being embarrassed of trying to sell a car with obvious issues they haggle their way out of fixing the brakes. Even after making fixing the brakes issues part of the purchase price deal they weaseled their way out of fixing the brakes. Turns out they just lubed the brakes so that they wouldn't stick instead of fixing the real problem, the master brake cylinder. Their quick fix was enough to last about a week. They obviously don't care about return business nor about the quality of the cars they sell. Spend your money elsewhere.

the vehicle i purchased less than a month ago is brike down in my driveway.2 days after driving off lot the cel came on with bad cat converter code then a week later coolamt is leking took ti mechanic and intake gasket blown 1,400 to fix.called nw auto exchange and they told me to put fuel injector cleaner in tank.what a joke im sure dmv would like to investiate on some complaints.
