Northwest Navigator FORGOT to pick up our group of skiers to take us to the Portland airport from our hotel in Bend, OR despite being called the day before to confirm the ride. After we called to see why they were late, They finally sent a bus which arrived to pick us up 2 1/2 hours late and many in the group missed the flight because they couldn't get through check-in and TSA in time before the plane closed its door. If it were possible to give them zero stars, I would!
