Remember ALL HOA's are weird as #### to start with. Our's is exceptoipnal. They do not screw with you! They pretty much are good friends and neighbors. The function of the Management Company is to do what our HOA officers direct them to do.
If you have problems with this management Company, your real problems are most likely with your HOA directors. They tend to be the head strong Nazzis and ### ####s by nature of their envolvement in the HOA.
Get rid of them and you get rid of your problems!
