Was completely overcharged for a drywall repair and paint. I provided my own paint, yet they purchased new paint and charged me for it. Disputed the bill and was given a courtesy discount. Labor is $35 an hour and paint is $45 hour and they claimed it took them 24 hours and the total bill exceeded $1000 for 3 areas of drywall. I had an entire house painted for $3000 including trim and doors and realize this company complete overstates labor and materials. Do not use them.

This was the worse company I have ever worked for. Christmas bonus checks given out in July. That was after waiting six months of empty promises. Finally called the Operations Manager and we received checks the following week.



The co-owner inherited this from his dad. Since then he has driven this company into the ground. The company is driven by greed. Policy is driven by the good-old-boy network. Not much good about it other than they will hire anyone. The turnover rate from supervisors down to entry level is unbelievable.



They assigned people to buildings, bill the hours, pull the onsite worker, have worker in other building, bill both associations for the one worker.



The HOMAs are well aware of these practices. They go with the lowest bidders and pretend to express concern over the worker's plight.
