Moda Cars LLC and the owner and staff was an amazing experience. I got the exact car I was looking for and wanted and they made it happen very easily. I did a trade in and I was also extremely happy with the value of my trade that they gave me. I was two hours away and a lot of stuff had to be done over phone and text so I was uncomfortable at first but the staff was extremely professional and as well as personal in order to make sure I was getting what I wanted for the best deal. When I got to the dealership to purchase the vehicle, it was quick, easy, and I was always made aware of what was going on, I never felt "in the dark" at any point in time. It is still the same after the purchase, I am comfortable I can go back with any questions whether phone, text, or in person and they will help no matter what. Their vehicles are quality vehicles and they live by their word when they said that. I easily recommend anyone who finds a vehicle they are looking for at Moda Cars LLC to explore the option of buying it there.

I have purchase a BMW 335 2011 from (Moda Cars LLC / Stefan's Auto sales LLC) on august 8,2014. With the purchase of the vehicle i also ordered a four year 75,000 mile extended warranty for 1685 dollars. I had the vehicle shipped to my locating from Oregon to California. I had asked the dealer (Andy/Andrey) to send me copies and a confirmation letter of my extended service agreement. I waiting 28 days after purchase to receive the document via email. I called the vehicle warranty company ASC to confirm that it was valid. I was told by ASC that it was valid and operational. Three months go by and on November 10th I receive a letter from ASC that my warranty was canceled and returned to the dealer (Stafans Auto Sales LLC) because they did not receive a payment of 1,685 dollars from the dealer. I was told that ASC has tried to contact the dealership to collect payment five times by email and by phone. I myself tried to contact the dealer by phone and email with no response. The dealer has been unreachable the moment they receiving payment for the car and warranty. This is an act of fraud and should raise awareness to other buyers. This is one of a few concerns that I have with this dealer and individual. The payment for the vehicle was transferred through on the date of august 12th 2014. I was promised that the vehicle would be shipped to my address and received in four to five days with temporary license plates installed. The vehicle was delivered late after ten days with expired license plates and was covered in dirt. I was not able to drive the vehicle for another week till registration was done , I had to rent the car for the late delivery and also for the duration of time while I got the purchase vehicle registered. The last concern I have is the dealer lied in the listing that the vehicle was equipped with heated seats which it does not have. I am warning consumers about doing business with this dealership. I don’t want anyone else being a victim of fraud by this dealer, and I will be pursuing legal action against them.

Recently purchased 2013 Honda CRV with Rebuilt title. I'm usually very careful about total loss cars but this car got my attention because of the price and options. I call this dealer and asked for any documentation for repairs. I have received all pictures of before the repairs, all receipts for parts and phone number for body shop that did repairs. After analyzing everything I decided to drive to Portland to look at this car from Seattle. Very clean indoor showroom with friendly people. Asked to take it to dealership for inspection and it passed with green lights. Saves about 30% on this beautiful CRV from the one with clean title and less options.

I was looking for a used Dodge Dart on line. I found this one 1600 miles from KC. Andrey answered every question I had. Even though I was a customer from half way across the country Andrey treated me as though I was in the same city. He sent me every picture I asked for and was very honest. The wife and I felt very confortable working with Moda Cars. Andrey even picked me and the wife up at the airport when we came to pick up the car. I will be looking for a car in the next couple of years and I will call Andrey to see if he has what I need and give him a chance to sell me another car.

I went there to search for a quality used car and was blown away from there selection and service. Would recommend them to anyone.. KLyn
