LET ME START WITH A PERSONAL CONFESSION: I'm somewhat of a coffee snob. I drink my coffee black, and I have tasted the finest brews from esoteric midnight cups on terraces in Paris to the raunchiest Russian roasts. BUT if there is one thing I have learned about coffee, it is that without atmosphere, company, and service, the quality is negligible. Although Mocha Momma's Good Coffee does not offer the Best coffee, the service is impeccable. The tall, dark-haired, and suspendered young man who served me was, to say the least, masterful; he was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable about different coffees, and when I did finally order my Tater Scramble and an extra dry cappuccino, he executed the order perfectly. Most baristas are unaware of the art of steamed milk -- particularly in cappuccinos -- but this man was enlightened. The microfoam which settled like a dense matzoball at the bottom of the drink sent me on my way from Mocha Momma's Good Coffee thoroughly pleased. Needless to say, this connoisseur will be back for another masterpiece.
