Mike Ohara and his crew are the best BMW specialists in Portland. The price is fair and the work is excellent. I used to use the dealership but they always just replaced parts that became out of control expensive. For example my climate control failed. The dealership quoted me $750.00 to put in a new part. including a 4 day wait. I called Mike Ohara he was able to take it apart and repair it the same day. He charged me $140.00. I can give other examples but this should illustrate his desire to do the job you need done and charge you fairly. He has been in the neighborhood for over 30 years. Glad he is here.

I've been coming here for a long time. Haven't had any of the problems Jill "says" she had. From her main gripe of "in the hood" and "totally ghetto"...NE Portland=.Hood?... leads me to think she just has an axe to grind... wonder if she ever went there at all. I know they've done business at the same location since 1981. I got references to them from the two local BMW dealers when they were reluctant to look at my older bimmer.Ask around, especially other BMW owners.

Total scam. Located in one of the worst parts of North Portland,what you call a "hood" and these guys are totally ghetto. They are old scam artist. They totally over charge you, give inaccurate estimates, and then don't fix the problem. Oh yeah, they are super slimy and disrespectful if you are a women. Watch out if you are girl! Maybe bring someone with you or ......just go somewhere else.2-18-10
