They're a bunch of sleazy salesman to make it simple. I saw an ad on Craigslist, it looked like a good deal, I called and they said it was a perfectly running car. I drove an hour to look at the car and it was a piece of crap. The salesman even told me, "I'm not even going to try to sell it, it knocks. We just keep it out here to get people in." Then he had the balls to try to get me to finance on a car 4x as expensive! I can't believe they bait and switched a 17 year old and then tried to get me to finance on a car. Wow, this place sucks every way possible. If Glen reads this, screw you man, quit screwing people over. You guys are all sleazy douche bags.

Metro motors is a very sleezy car dealership. I went there to buy a car I could pay off in 3 months and they called me a week later to tell me that they could not finance the car and I would either be out my $1000 down or I could come in and get this "much safer, reliable vehicle said their rep Dave" I couldnt imagine a bank would finance a car with more miles and twice the size and cost. As I was on the way home from the dealer the "new" 2nd vehicle lost control and skidded into the cement embankment. I had les schwab inspect the vehicle and they said it was illegal and the tires were bald. They could not believe a dealer had sold me the car and said it had significant under body damage and was not safe to drive. Had dealer pick up the car. they left me with their "loaner car" this was a 2001 passat with no rear view mirror and window that fell down and was not functional. doors wouldnt open, cv joint going out many serious problems. I demanded my money back and they said I could have any car I wanted and they would fix all of the problems that were wrong with it. I had the 2008 gmc envoy evaluated by the gMC DEALER who advised me of the serious mechanical/safety and emissions problems. I took the paper to them Dave Mark and their boss along with the Mechanic Steve all agreed they would have the repairs completed on the following day 11/19/14. I gave them $500 additional for the car as it was "more expensive and newer and came with a warranty" (of which no documentation was given to me) The deal was that I would only take the car if the repairs were made. They did a cheap temp fix on one of the issues and the check engine light promptly came back on along with some additional traction control lights and some other lights. When I drive the car I feel like I am going to die. it is leaking radiator fluid and they refused to give me back my money even though we had a verbal contract. I have contacted an attorney and encourage anyone who has had these problems to contact the attorney general through the consumer protection website. I have started the investigation and have audio and documents to prove this case. Lets shut down this fraudulent dealer with unsafe vehicles and under the table workers!

Serious misinformation

I was in contact with someone selling a car through metro motors and she I came to look at it, the side not show in the pictures was severely damaged. I was told that the person I was in contact with wouldn't be in that day even though he said to meet him at 4:30. I was then told that the car battery was dead so the key fob wouldn't work. Over the phone I asked what issues the car had and I was told none, in person it was revealed to me the transmission was bad.

The person I talked to also reeked of cheap beer.
