The people at the store are super friendly. Unfortunately they are not well trained, and often cannot answer questions about the products they sell. But my major complaint is DATA COVERAGE. I just drove round trip to Jackson Wyoming. I NEVER had 4G once I left the Portland area. The best I could get during my week was Edge, which is useless in today's data intensive environment. I never even got 3G. I don't know what is going on, because their coverage map shows I should have been able to get faster speeds. Not sure if I will continue with this service.
