I would venture to say this place is an outright scam! They charge a VERY high "security fee" that turns into a deposit after a year (likely illegal, a deposit cannot be a fee). If you leave for any reason in that year, they pocket the fee. Then they hold the right to kick you out for any or no reason at any time. So they kicked me out at 9 months or so, and they kept my fee. Would not tell me why (which is also illegal, despite what it says in the lease agreement). On top of that they charged EXORBITANT amounts for cleaning, which they did not use the "security fee" at all, they charged it ON TOP of the fee. I came back during the last bit of my last month to finish cleaning and turn in the key, and they had changed the locks on me, despite the fact I had paid in full for that month (and was still well within the time period for leaving required by law). They illegally refused me entrance to my own apartment. And then charged me for the key and changed lock.

The apartment manager was incredibly rude the entire time. She would often call at 2am whenever she heard a noise, thinking it was me. I rarely had people over (maybe 3-4 times my entire time there, and they never stayed very late), yet she would constantly berate me for "hearing people over there". I would be sitting in my apartment in silence reading something online and she would call at 2 in the morning... literally no noise from my apartment.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! IT IS A SCAM!!! Or any properties owned by DEA Investments.
