We approach our work as we do our lives; passionate, laidback, irreverent, and dedicated, with a tongue- in - cheek sense of humor. Our goal is to raise the bar of the bar as we continually evolve, grow and change. We do not wish to follow trends, but to set them. Sourcing as much of our product locally as absolutely possible isn’t our attempt, but our promise. Starting with fresh, natural, and beautiful foodstuffs allows us the freedom to create with a good conscience. We simply sleep better at night knowing that what we ask you to put in your mouth is satisfying. Craft cocktails, quirky personalities, entertainment and delicious food are but a few of the offerings at Lightning Will.
