Never on time with deliveries. We started out with the company prior to Koldkist buying them out and ever since the buyout we have had nothing but poor service. We are a dental office that MUST have distilled water to operate and there are full months that go by without a delivery. When we call to find out what the haps is, we are directed to either:

A.) An answering machine, as they close at 3:30pm

B.) The rep unable to locate our account and unable to do anything about it?

Or...

C.) "Sorry, we got a new computer system so we just kind of wait for accounts to call and ask where their delivery is."

Unprofessional. I do not recommend them if you are trying to run a business.
