I have used Kepler's three times over the last 35 years or so. Each time they have provided exemplary service and supurb upholstery products. They were professional, prompt and helped guide me through appropriate fabric selections. I would use them again in a minute (and plan to). I imagine it was simply miscommunication for those who have not had the same experience I have had. I highly recommend them.

i had Kepler's reupholster a VERY expensive sofa about 20 years ago and they did a beautiful job! I then had them reupholster the same sofa 5 years ago- the stationery piece was fine. BUT the seat cushions were terrible-terrible!!! The fabric shifted within a month after receiving the "new" piece. I was stunned that they did not return the original back cushions, but gave me something smaller and of lesser quality. I cannot tell you how deeply disappointed I was. I would NEVER use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.
