Horrible Customer Service. I ordered $250 worth of products and 12 days later I got an email stating "your order has shipped." It took 12 days for this company to fill an order. 12 days - website says 1-2 days. I checked the email for the tracking number and tracked my package which stated the package was never picked up - that was 4 days after receiving the email that my order had shipped. Grow and Make website says 1-2 days to prepare order and 3-7 days to ship. I never did get the shipment. Now, I have to wait for a credit to come to my account - which after this debacle it looks like I may need to settle this with my credit card company.
