I was hesitant about going in because of some of the reviews I've seen. I went in and was pleasantly surprised. They have a great selection of fireplace equipment and things you wouldn't expect a fireplace shop. (clocks, furniture, and very unique items) The staff was very friendly and helpful in answering all my questions. Don't rate a business by reviews alone. I highly recommend stopping in and judging for yourselves!

Embarrassing customer service or no service at all. I ordered 2 parts for my insert I bought from them four weeks and counting ago. first I was told one would be in in a week the other in 2. Called after 2 they couldnt find the order and the lady on the phone was unhelpful and rude said try back in another week. Next week called back again still they couldnt find parts, its like they dont have a clue there. Here i am today after 4 weeks just called no parts they said I have to make another phone call. I could of drove to Canada and back multiple times by now. Worst part is they took my money at first. Customer Service ****** at Gordons they ask for a star rating but negative was not an option
