who would wants to go back to gas station they dont take responsibilty on their job.

As customer I am not satisfied at all. Drove in for gas fill up one night they lose my gas cap and telling me It's not their . I am reasonable for my car of course, but they are the one took off the gas cap from my car, that makes their responsibility . The person is title as MANAGER tell methat is not their fault. Ok, I could just buy new one it's just a how things are handled with the customer. They were laughing instead of looking for the cap. They to need hire a responsible person not just there to fill the time and paycheck. If manager is not people who work under is not with there job. I am production manager of large company, I teach my employees to responsibility of their job. Maybe they should re train manager & employee all together.
