This car repair place is just PLAIN HORRIBLE. The owner Alex, who I believe is Ukrainian, is just a liar. First of all, he assured me that the noise coming out of my car was a water pump and quickly offered a ...timing belt change along with a water pump. I asked two times prior to this costly repair that if the noise is still there, what will he do ?

He quickly replied - we will fix your car and all the following expenses are on us, if it is so ! Ok, deal ! The good deal turns into terrible unprofessional drama.

I also ask to check my gps unit to see why it does not work (my mistake, they use simple uncovered screwdrivers to pry the dashboard and ruined the right side of my console! )

These people rarely pick up the phone, I called numerous times and I was either getting a voicemail or Alex was telling that he is busy. So it goes on and on...for 7 days ! My car is not ready.

To my bad surprise, they did replace a timing belt/water pump for $600, and the whining noise, which Alex said was absolutely a bad water pump...was there, still :-)

So, I come to pick up my car, unaware it was never fixed...

I find a box of paint on my back seat ! The both seat headrests are...covered with somebody's dirty hand prints - the white paint is all over them, and on the right passenger door's panels.

The battery in my engine is completely off the mounts and just hanging ! The dashboard has screwdriver cuts, as they barbarically tried to pry out the radio unit, and just DID NOT CARE to do it carefully.

Alex refused to return the money for unneeded timing belt change and refused to do the promised "follow up" repair at no cost, lying about it was the actual fix ! :-)

So, I am being tired of these jerks, and only find my car in a completely the same condition, no noise fixed, no gps fixed, dirty panels and floors, white paint on both headrests, and $600 taken from my wallet for the timing belt !

Maybe I should go to the small claims court, but !, I am certain Alex will be punished by time and higher force, if he believes in God, although I am doubtful about it.

I would recommend this place to those who seek good drama and has a strong wish to listen to tons of BS and lose a few hundreds of dollars on completely unneeded replacements. Good luck with this place...
