Wow. Frank's dishes taste just like they do in China. I've lived in over a year in both Shanghai and Taipei and make many visits back. His noodles stand up to the best I've ever had there. The service is friendly and fast. The decor is no nonsense. The place is very clean. We usually end up spending about twelve dollars a person, but you could eat for eight, I think. My only hesitation is that I don't know if I want this place to become so popular it becomes hard to get a table.
