We moved from out of state and rented sight-unseen from Fox. Everyone we’ve dealt with has been friendly and competent. They’ve been reasonable, easy to deal with, and attentive to our needs if / when they arise. I’ve had only good experiences; I’d definitely try my luck renting from Fox again.

As a property owner I have been very pleased with the way Fox Management has cared for my property. I see a very strong balance in the very fair way the property manager treats the tenants, while protecting the interest of the property and its owner. In the end, a well managed property is good for all parties.

Fox Management has been managing my two properties on 17th Avenue in Portland for 3 years. They are always helpful and professional when I contact them. I appreciate their efforts in answering my questions and getting both of our houses rented quickly. I’m considering adding 1-2 more properties to our Fox Management portfolio – So, thank you for all you do!

Fox Management is my property management company or over 5 years. So far, it’s been a smooth ride. Whenever I have a question about anything (like rent), I always get a fast response and the staff I have dealt with is professional and friendly. The rent is collected on time and the paperwork always accurate. Repairs are done quickly and cost seems to be fair. I am satisfied with Fox Management.

Great job squaring things away after the former tenant’s departure. I’m also looking forward to working with Karen from Fox, she helped me get my email address straightened out after it was input incorrectly so I could view the online billing, which is a great feature for me. A good management company to rent from. Over my 2 consecutive leases with them, I had not one single major issue that was not taken car of. If that is not enough said then I don't know what is. I recommend Fox highly.
