Worst EVER

I have been trying to get a bedroom furniture set from Pottery Barn to be delivered using Pottery Barn's contracted delivery service - Exel. They have delivered damaged goods twice! I have asked repeatedly to have them deliver the merch in boxes. They have failed to do so. They will not work with me on the 2 hour window of the delivery time. I ask for morning they give me afternoon and will not work with me to get this scheduled. They arrived hours late the first time. They have a policy of assembling the merchandise in the warehouse and then "wrapping" the furniture in blankets and tossing in a truck for delivery. Damage has occurred every time. I would never hire this company. I am waiting to see if they can deliver quality merchandise one last time and if not I am canceling my order and never buying from Pottery Barn again because they have chosen to work with this company. They are terrible and I am so disappointed that my long awaiting bedroom furniture purchase has been ruined by this experience. Maybe sleeping on the floor is not so bad after all. I have had to clear out my room twice to try and cooperate with them so they have room to work and deliver the furniture. I have been on the floor for over a month.
