I visited dental care of portland twice in April of 2018. Both visits where pleasant. I paid after each visit using my debit card which also reflected pending charges on my account both times. Now two months later the chages just came out after believing they already had. This caused a major overdraft. I contacted dental care of portland immediately after discovering this. They then blamed my bank which after spending some time on the phone with my bank, informed me it was in fact dental care of Portland's fault. After bringing this to dental care's attention, they then addmitted that there was a "glitch" in their system that caused it. I would have gladly paid my bill at an earlier date if this was brought to my attention with a simple phone call. Instead, you decided to just run a stored card number two months down the road without contacting your patient first and did not offer any solution to the problem. Now I'm left without money for a week and a negative balance in my account.
