Provided by YP.comOrder got "lost" somehow. Ended up taking over 3 hours to arrive. When we called we got a customer service rep who was rude and totally unsympathetic for the fact that we had been waiting for hours to eat. And after all of that, we were FORCED to make a $12.50 tip - because a 15% gratuity is mandatory in the west side. Is it really a tip when you're forced to make it? I am just appalled.
