Warning!! Rented for two years, always paying rent on time. When we moved out, our unit was inspected and we were told we'd receive our security deposit back without issue. Still, the owners took out $300 to replace our signage (that they provided and installed!) for the next tenant. Super shady, not in our lease and I assume also illegal. Building is full of mice and leaks from ceiling and walls all fall and winter. We've had items destroyed from several ongoing leaks and never asked for replacement.
