i have been going here for over 10 years. they recently had an ownership change with a lot of upgrades. i always get reliable professional service with Van , Alice and michael. i will continue to go here for a long time to come!

I had an appt with Tina 4/7 for a pedicure and manicure. She did a wonderful pedicure, but before she finished polishing my toe nails there was a walk-in for a pedicure. The guy there (not Jimmy) made Tina stop my pedicure and do the walk-in and proceeded to finish polishing my toenails. Tina tried to argue with him but he was very rude to her. He also did my manicure, which took him about 10 minutes. I specifically asked him not to cut my fingernails too short, but he cut them so short I can't get hold of anything. He rushed through the massage and cuticle trimming and only applied one coat of polish. By later that evening I had several rough fingernails that were snagging things as well as rough cuticles. He charged me $37 even though their sign shows a lower price for a combination manicure/pedicure. I don't know if I will go back there even though I have been going for 8 years. Tina is great.....kudos!

My daughter made an appointment for me at this place for mother's day this year, so I had my pedicure done by a man (I think his name was Jimmy, who seemed to be the owner.) He did not prep my nails well enough at all (because they were extremely busy on Mother's Day), that my nail polish peeled off over night. I went back to ask him to redo them the next day. He seemed very irritated, and started sanding my toes without using anything (no hot water bath, oil to prep, etc.). My toes started bleeding a little at the base, but he kept on putting on red polish to cover them up. I found out after I went home, that blood went between my toe nail and skin and stained my toe nail internally. The blood stain is still there after six months. It also caused my toe nails to have deep crease where they had bleeding.

I thought of posting a snapshot of my nails to prove what I am stating, but it's too disgusting to show. I am sure they are very nice people and I respect their work ethic to take care of as many customers as possible. However after this incident, I would never, ever, recommend this place to anyone.
