I've lived here for years and I love it here. It's calm and quiet, and everyone is very friendly. The kind of place where your neighbor's make polite chit chat with you. I've lived downtown before and in another apartment complex in Milwaukie, and in Beaverton. This is my favorite place I've lived. Not because the apartment's are nicer, but because I don't have any weirdo neighbor's. I've never had to complain about anyone or really much of anything while living here. It's just a comfortable place to live. The apartment complex manager Eric is always working really hard to keep this place clean and safe for us, which means a lot.
