This place is always so busy especially during the holiday season. I cannot find certain things so when I finally spotted someone for assistance, that employee just kept walking away from us. There's no one near for questions or assistance. Pretty disappointed.

I always enjoy going to a different Costco when out of town. This was an extremely busy day, but the checkers were delightful and very efficient. The store however looked like it needed to be cleaned up as merchandise was strewn about. They do have a nice book section.

Hit a pot hole and shredded my tire on a new car purchased less than a month ago. Called Les Schwab, they didn't carrying the brand. Called the dealership I purchased it from, they could get it but it would take a few days. Against my better judgement, I called Beaverton Honda who had the tire in stock but said they couldn't make an appointment for that day but told me I could come in and they should be able to do it. Got there and was told they don't have time. So I called Costco in Tigard. They had the tire and told me to bring the car and they'll take care of it. That is exactly what they did. Great customer service, no run around, no extra services, and the car was done exactly when they said it would be. After a crappy day, I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Costco is Costco. You have to watch what your prices, you have to want the brands they offer, and you have to want large quantities. But if it's what you want- you can't beat them! The stores are clean, well organized, they have competant staff, and you can depend on them. Love the bakery! This is one of the better Costco locations. And they are great with returns.

What better place to get great prices on quality goods?######The return policy is very good. We have purchased a lot from Costco.######The food is great and low cost so I go over during thday just for lunch!

I really enjoy shopping at Tigard Costco. There are associates available to help when you need it, and they have a great selection! I can go in and find exactly what I want!
