I ordered a Spongebob Cake for my child's birthday. I picked up the cake and was unhappy with how it came out. Looked nothing remotely like the picture. They messed up on the writing, the frosting didn't cover the whole cake, and the cake was uneven (obvious looking). I said something to the Employees, they gave me the Owner's cell phone number. I called multiple times and never received a call back. Also called the store and left a message with them. The Employees onsite even said the cake came from the Sherwood location and they had problems with the cakes in the past. Poor customer service. It wasn't a cheap cake I purchased and nothing was taken care of so needless to say my child had a cake for their birthday that was poor quality.
