The call was for annual maintenance of our furnace & heat pump system. The scheduler worked with me to get an acceptable date & time. The technician called about 30 minutes before he arrived, as promised. He had everything he needed, including our HEPA filter. In short, the entire exercise was simple and straight forward. Good job!!

Dave Knight gave me great customer service. He not only did he check my furnace to make sure it was ready for winter, he also noticed a pipe on my hot water heater had not been installed correctly. Thanks to his diligence, a possible disaster was averted. Dave was professional, friendly and knowledgable. I am a happy customer!

Climate Control come out and bid on a heat conversion system for our home. Their proposal was right in line with the others. We chose Climate Control because they were professional and more knowledgeable about their products and knew what we could expect from the different systems. They gave us a choice and were very thorough in explaining our options. The time they quoted to do the job was two days and in two days they got it done. Their technicians were friendly and went well beyond 'just getting the job done'. It was nice to see that they actually seemed to enjoy what they were doing. To me that indicates Climate Control hires good people and they take care of them! Not only that, the office personnel were johnny-on-the-spot with getting the inspectors out (the very next day). Both inspections were approved, so we are plugged in and good to go. By the way, one inspector indicated it was an "EXCELLENT job". I would HIGHLY recommend Climate Control.

Climate Control is dishonest. We paid over $6,000 over 6 months to find out our units are not functioning even in a bare minimum standard. They now tell us we have to completely replace one of our units. So we decided to call another company who had good reviews. We find out that 'someone' had removed the motor and the unit would be fine once that motor is replaced. We saved thousands of dollars. Beware, these people will take advantage of you.

We were having trouble with our furnace. Their tech asked questions over the phone and solved the problem. They are service focused - not just trying to sell new equipment.
