HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!! I was delighted and amazed at the outstanding service and endless variety of inventory that Centeville has to offer. I recently stopped in to look for a flashy classy new pair of cowboy boots. I say "cowboy" because due to my large margin feet, I am normally forced to shop in the mens boot section. I always head straight to the lady's section boot display looking for the double digit sizes in hopes of one day maybe finding a lady's boots that LOOK good AND actually fit.! Well just when I thought my next option was to head to the mens section I turned round and saw the boots of my dreams in the show case. The manager brought me the pair that looked promising ( but I was thinking to good to be true) if they would fit. WELL, to my amazement they not only FIT, but they FELT COMFORTABLE too! I thought if I could atleast get my feet in them great but can I actually wear them all day? I own many a shoe that fit but not many that I can comfortably wear for more han two hours! I HAD to have them! However. my husband was with me and wasn't sure if it was in our budget. So, reluctantly i handed Alician the boots to put back in the case. We continued shopping as I keep gazing at these beautiful boots. The staff reassured me that they offer a very generous layawy plan to help me afford them.......but ended leaving without the boots. The next morning I was on the hone calling Centerville before they even oened. I left a messge that I had to buy those boots I so loved because its rare to find ones that FIT & LOOKED GOOD. They called me and helped 00000me buy them over the phone without having to return to the store. I was able to put a debit card downpayment on them so as to start my layawy and ensure they would have them in stock (saved by layaway b4 they went away) when I could afford them. WOW was I delighted! Then the manager and AWESOME staff even sent me a photo of my boots and helped me find a matching belt over the phone too! I was on the phone with them off and on all day as they took care of me above and beyond the call of duty. searching for a matching belt too! Talk about service!! THANK YOU CENTERVILLE YOU ROCK! : )
