I have rented from plenty of property management companies in the Portland Metro Area, in other areas of Oregon, and in other states as well. I can honestly say that this is property tops my list in complaints and the property management company quickly and easily disregards all of my concerns. If you move into a property with a broken window expect them to take a month or two to replace it. If your rental property is a close cousin to a wind tunnel (even with all of the windows and storm windows closed) year round and is easily confused with the tundra during the winter - expect lecture if you attempt to improve the situation by insulating the windows. Finally, if your rental becomes a mold and mildew heaven due to improper bathroom ventilation, expect nothing more than suggestions to "spray with diluted bleach" and to "clean the area with Tilex."

Positively one of the worst experiences with a business I have had in my life. They "managed" my property for five years during which time they were very selective about telling me what was going on with tenants, repairs, maintenance, etc. Many repairs that were done were late or wrong, and repairs that I asked for were not accomplished. There was absolutely no supervision of the yard maintenance meant to be carried out by the tenants, with the result that thousands of dollars in planting and previous maintenance was destroyed, and truckloads (NOT an exaggeration) of debris will now have to be removed. I can't imagine how this company has managed to stay in business.

UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Thank God I have not rented from this company. However, I did have an appt to view a property and lo and behold, the guy never showed up. I called and left a message which was never returned. I called the following week and the receptionist knew exactly who I was and even had my # written down but of course I never recieved a call to reschedule. I called yet again today and have yet to recieve a call. The receptionist attempted to make an excuse as to why our scheduled appt guy never showed up but after fumbling some words around, she said she'd have someone call. Not as if they will call, but if for some odd reason they do, I will NOT be answering. Never ever will I waste my time and money with such an unprofessional bunch of people!
