I live down the street from this BK. The last few times I have gone into it there is no one else in there or just a couple of people. The last time I was in this location I had to wait at the couple for even an employee to notice me. Then never said hi or anything. Got my food and sat and ate. As other customers came int it was the same with them. I contacted the company and explained what went on. I got a letter back from them. But in the whole letter there was never a sorry for the bad service. Nothing about BK apologizing for the bad experience. It was like they didn't care if you did not like the service provided. I have not gone back and I won't. BK SUCKS.
