Provided by YP.comBikram yoga at the Moreland studio in SE Portland has been an awesome way to improve the well being of my mind, body and spirit. Recently picking up bikram yoga has been such a helpful tool to immensly improve my overall health and lifestyle. With the help of the encouraging intructors and great set up at the Moreland studio, you would be surprised at the capabilities the human body has. I highly suggest visiting a session....you will get hooked.
