This is an employer that is pathetic and treats their employees with complete and total disregard. If you're considering working for them, you might want to think again as there are absolutely no rights given the employees of this company! The working environment for the employees is one that is extremely intimidating due to being made to feel as though they could lose their job over just about anything they do. I pity anyone who works for these folk.
