This company has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They ask for the same information over and over. They lose receipts. They take forever to give you reimbursements. If you are a company looking for a FSA provider, look elsewhere!

This is a poorly run company. When I first signed up with OEBB insurance this company made several errors in signing me up. Their excuse was that their key people were on vacation (during open enrollment season???). Since then various other serious errors. Now that I switched to Medicare, I asked them to discontinue my payments and faxed in the required form. They did an unauthorized ACH withdrawal of $600+ anyway. Very incompetent company!
