I worked with J.J. to purchase a travel trailer and had a great experience. He is a truly no pressure salesman and is very personable. He took his time showing me how the trailer's gas and electrical systems operated. He worked out a great deal, and I purchased the trailer for low blue-book value. On the day of the sale, a Saturday, I had not yet had a brake control device installed on my truck. J.J. offered to tow the trailer that day for me from Portland to Salem. I greatly appreciated this over-and-above service. As I have added things to the trailer, I just call J.J. and he has referred me to great service people who can help me. J.J. is an honest and very pleasant salesman/dealer who I would recommend to anyone.
