I do not have the best credit. In fact, it's poor. And, they did get me into a newer car for a lower interest rate. However, they added $2000 onto the cost of the new vehicle for my trade-in. They called it 'bank fees'. But, did not specify exactly what the fees were when I asked. And, I didn't have many cars to choose from. There were only certain ones that I 'qualified' for. Overall, I would not recommended them.

Auto Acceptance and Ron Tonkin got me into a car that I never thought I would have and it has been an amazing experience. I would recommend to anyone with credit issues that give Ront Tonkin and Auto Accptance a try, you will be impressed with the customer service that you are given. I actually feel like a real person and not a number, each time I make a payment I get sent a reciept with a hand written smiley face and a thank you on it.
