I used this company to trim my trees and they did a VERY POOR job. I asked one of the guys why they were trimming the trees this way, and all he could do was fumble over his words. It was obvious these guys had no clue what they were doing. What was I thinking using these guys? I would have been better off doing the trimming myself! Biggest waste of my money ever! Think twice before using this company.

If you consider doing business with this company, as I did, be aware of the following:They are definately not who they claim to be. Not a single person working for the company is related to the owner who is over 80 years old and lives in Utah. (They claim to be "family owned and run", the question is Who's Family??) Their business address is a vacant house with a for sale sign in front of it... And they list this is the PRIMARY business location with the Secretary of State! The manager has worked for the company for about one month..... I would consider them "fly by night".... Their website looks slick, but you can buy the EXACT SAME Website for about $400 from the company listed at the bottom of their webpage (ibizwebsite.com) Ask to see their Safety Plan (they couldn't show me one...) Ask who inspects their ropes and rigging as required by OSHA (they couldn't tell me)...If they claim to have a "Certified Arborist" ask for the individual's Certification # and what organization

We just needed to take a moment to comment on arbortech nw's caliber of service. From the initial visit by Kevin, to the hard work of the crew that showed up we were thoroughly impressed.We would HIGHLY recommend that if you are in need of your trees to be pruned to call on these guys. We have used general tree service as well as rich's over the years, but these guys were extremely less expensive & twice as professional!Great work Kevin, Chet, Mike & Steve! We look forward to having you back next year.
