Michael was very nice and professional. He explained what he was going to do and after he was finished he gave results of what he found. It appeared that he did a very thorough job.

Mr. Fremlin was incredibly friendly and helpful! I have been using Aptive for a little under a year now, and they are a worthwhile investment, especially during the heavy pest season, as they do not charge for follow up care (only initial setup and quarterly care). I would recommend this service to anyone looking to rid their home of pests.

Their service doesn't get rid of any pests around the house. They get you by getting you a discount, and when you cancel your account because the're not doing what they say they would, they charge you extra $120. Stay away from them; it's better of getting your own service.

My serviceman's name was John M. He was courtious and efficient. He asked if I had any questions, which I didn't, and left with a pleasant "Have a nice day."

Despite the heat, my serviceman, Caden, did a great job treating our house. He was professional, courteous, and thorough.

Jamilla was very responsive to our needs. Not only did they work hard to clear the webs, they were receptive to my feedback (there was an area IN the house that I could see that theire brushes weren't getting), and did their best to please.

Blake was a great salesman! He was open and upfront about costs and how the whole package process worked; very professional yet personable - all around outstanding. Rocky was an amazing serviceman! He showed up early (which for me is right on time), communicated how the process of the service worked and answered all of my questions showing his knowledge of his trade - all around superb.

Just recently moved to a new rental, and noticed some bugs. Terry came out and was very professional and knowledgable. After a few weeks still no sign of bugs!

After fighting those @(*$(*&% tiny sugar ants for years I finally called in a pro. After one application, no more ants! It's so nice to have a relaxing pest free home! And, I can finally use sugar scrub in the shower again. Thanks Heather for giving me my smooth skin back. :)
