Welcome to Alley Cat Arts !  Long before we started the business in 2001 out of our big Victorian house we were framing art for ourselves and our family.  Since that time we have taken many hours of training to offer to our customers the best balance of artistic and archival framing for their treasured items.  We have become Portland's Period Frame Specialists with an attic full of the biggest collection in the Northwest of period frames, period art and period framed art.  We can clean prints and art, repair and re-size frames and properly re-frame an item to last longer the second time around.  That is why we say at Alley Cat Arts: Art has Nine Lives !
